1. What Levori is and is not

Levori is a general wellbeing app that helps you calm down in a short time when your mind is full, let out what’s inside and choose the next small direction.

Levori is not a medical product. It does not diagnose and is not a substitute for medical assessment, treatment, psychotherapy or emergency services. The breathing techniques, rituals and content in the app are not advice from a health professional. If you have a concern about your health, see a health professional. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable during a breathing technique, stop and return to your natural breath.

2. Use and account

You can use Levori without an account; your records then stay only on your device and are deleted if you remove the app. If you create an account, you sign in with email, Apple or Google and a backup of your records is kept on the server. You are responsible for the security of your account and of the devices you sign in on.

How your data is processed is described in the Privacy policy.

3. Subscription and trials

• Using Levori requires a Levori Pro subscription. The plans on offer (for example monthly and yearly) and trial options may change over time; the current ones are shown on the purchase screen.
• A plan may come with a trial, which may be free or a short paid trial; its length and price are shown clearly on the purchase screen. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the plan continues at the price shown. If you allowed notifications, we remind you one day before the trial ends. Under store rules, a trial can be used once.
• Price, period, trial and renewal details are taken from the App Store or Google Play and shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your store account.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date; on the App Store that means at least 24 hours before renewal. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. In the app, Settings → Levori Pro → Manage subscription takes you to the same place.
• Because purchases are made through Apple or Google, refund requests follow those stores’ own processes. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You need to cancel it in the store separately.
• When a trial or subscription ends, your records stay on your device. The Urgent support screen and the 1-minute breathing open without a subscription.

4. Your records

The records you enter in the app belong to you. Levori processes them only to provide the service — to store them on your device and, if you have an account, to back them up.

• What you write in Let It Go is not saved; once burned it cannot be brought back.
• Voice journal recordings exist only on your device and are not backed up. If you lose your device or remove the app, they cannot be recovered.
• You can take a copy of your data as a JSON file from the app at any time.

5. Rules of use

You use Levori lawfully and for personal purposes. You do not try to reverse-engineer the app or the server, disrupt the service, access someone else’s account or get around security measures.

6. Intellectual property

Levori’s name, logo, design, software and content (breathing techniques, rituals, affirmations, sounds and texts) belong to Levori or its licensors. You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard end user licence agreement also applies.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, add or remove features to improve Levori. The server may be unavailable during maintenance or outages; in the meantime you can keep using the app with the records on your device.

8. Limitation of liability

Levori is made with care, but we cannot guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Liability for intent and gross negligence and mandatory liability under consumer law are not affected.

9. Ending

You can stop using Levori and delete your account and data at any time (Account and data deletion). If you seriously breach these terms, we may close your account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Your right as a consumer to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, and the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in, are not affected.

11. Changes and contact

When we update these terms we change the date above, and we announce significant changes separately. Questions: destek@levori.app.
