Account and data deletion
You can permanently delete your data in Levori whenever you like. If you have an account, the copies on the server are deleted too.
1 · In the app
- Open Levori and go to Settings from the You tab.
- Tap Manage my data.
- Under Delete all data, tap Delete permanently and confirm.
If you have an account, your account and all copies on the server are deleted first, immediately; then the records and voice files on your device are wiped. Without an account only your device is wiped — there is nothing of yours on the server.
If you want a copy, first use Export my data on the same screen to create a JSON file.
2 · If you can’t access the app
Send an email with the subject “Delete my account” to destek@levori.app from the email address linked to your account. Once we have verified that the account is yours, we delete your account and all your records on the server and let you know. We complete your request within 30 days at the latest.
If you hid your email when signing in with Apple, tell us which method you used and we will find a way to verify it together. To delete the records on your device, removing the app is enough.
What is deleted
- Your account details: email address, display name and sign-in methods.
- All your backed-up records on the server: Resets, breathing sessions, check-ins, Inner Compass answers, intentions, affirmations, rituals and preferences.
- Your session records, the security log entries linked to you and your subscription status record.
- All records and voice journal files on your device.
What remains
- A single security log entry showing that a deletion took place: the time and a keyed hash of the IP address. It cannot be linked to you.
- Copies in the encrypted server backups are deleted within 30 days at the latest.
- Your purchase history with Apple or Google and with the subscription validation service RevenueCat, kept under those companies’ own rules.
Let It Go text is never saved in the first place, so there is no copy of it to delete.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account or data does not cancel your Levori Pro subscription. To cancel: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
